Arun Kumar Arjunan is a seasoned HR professional with over 4.87 years of experience in compensation and benefits, data science, and manpower planning. Currently, he works as the Lead Total Rewards at the National Payments Corporation of India, where he is responsible for understanding manpower needs, designing annual budgets, and tracking HR costs. Arjunan also manages goal setting and appraisal processes, prepares organization-level appraisal dashboards, and assists HRBPs for field appraisal processes. Prior to his current role, Arjunan worked as Manager HR - Rewards, Budgeting, and Analytics at Zydus Group and as Assistant Manager - Group Performance & Rewards at JSW. At both organizations, he was responsible for manpower planning, budgeting, performance management, and appraisals. He also designed long-term incentive plans and ensured compliance with all reward practices across the group. Arjunan holds an MBA in HR and a PGPM from IBS Mumbai, a PG Diploma in Data Science from St. Xavier's College, and a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from Vivek College of Commerce. He is currently pursuing an HR Analytics course from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad.
